Pierce Castle Wedding Packages

Package Details
There are many locations on the property where you can have your ceremony, such as in front of the Castle doors, pond view , gazebo area, covered patio, or inside the ballroom. Our ballroom will hold 103 guests. There are a maximum of 250 guests on the premises. All events must end by 11 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Additional time may be purchased at $250 per hour.
Additional Details
Dates will be added to our event calendar once the appropriate non-refundable deposit has been paid and a credit card number is on file. The deposit is listed with each package. Total balance must be paid 60 days prior to the event. Prices are subject to change without notice and not all dates are available for booking. Venue rental includes tables and chairs. A kitchen area is available but no cooking is allowed on premises.
A wedding director is available for an additional fee. She will be present at rehearsal and on your wedding day to direct your wedding, to announce the Bride and Groom’s first dance, cutting of the cake and will be there until the entire wedding festivities are complete. She will ensure the wedding goes off without a hitch!
Wedding packages
Princess
Ceremony & Ballroom Reception: $4,000.00
$1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your date.
This package ensures your wedding will be the only event happening on the property the day of your wedding and includes the ultimate in exclusive facility privileges. The ceremony can take place at the location of your choice.
See What’s Included:
- A day-of facility manager to answer questions regarding Pierce Castle property.
- Use of property for engagement photos (appointment necessary to ensure availability).
- Use of 1938 Cadillac on the property for photos/bridal entrance/couple exit.
- Two nights of accommodations (Friday/Saturday) in the Mississippi Cabin.
- Use of the Mississippi Cabin as bridal dressing quarters on the day of the wedding.
- Check-in for Mississippi Cabin is 3 p.m. on Friday and check-out at 12 noon on Sunday.
- One hour of allotted time for rehearsal the night before the wedding, beginning at or after 5 p.m. (Two additional hours may be purchased to host a rehearsal dinner following the rehearsal for $300 which includes tables and chairs under a covered patio.)
- Guardhouse will be available for men’s dressing quarters on ceremony day beginning at 8 a.m.
- All events must be complete by 11 p.m.
- Access to the castle is not included.
Fit For A Queen
Ultimate Venue Rental for Ceremony and Reception: $5,500.00
$1,500.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your date.
This package ensures your wedding will be the only event happening on property the day of your wedding and includes the ultimate in exclusive facility privileges. The ceremony can take place at the location of your choice.
See What’s Included:
- 2 nights in Pierce Castle & 2 nights in Mississippi Cabin.
- Luxuries include: Friday night may be used for the Bride and her Bridesmaids to stay in the Castle. They can enjoy watching a movie in our theater room and wake up refreshed to begin the next day’s festivities. There is a limited capacity of 10 guests in the castle (which is strictly enforced). Check-in time is 5 p.m. Friday and check-out time is 12 noon on Sunday. Guys can stay in the secluded cabin in the forest, where all nonsense will hopefully go unnoticed!
- Check-in for time for Pierce Castle is 5 p.m. on Friday and check-out time is noon on Sunday.
- Check-in time for Mississippi Cabin is 3 p.m. on Friday and check-out at 12 noon on Sunday.

- Three hours of rehearsal/rehearsal dinner time. Tables and chairs provided for dinner under a covered patio area.
- Unlimited use of the castle as bridal dressing quarters for pre-approved guest list beginning at 8 a.m. on the day of the wedding.
- The event must be complete by 11 p.m. unless additional time has been purchased.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event you should cancel, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If your event is cancelled up to 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund excluding the deposit. ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED WEDDING DATE.
If your event is canceled within the 60 day period prior to your event, there will be NO refund. Payments are the good faith monies required to reserve, book, retain, and secure your desired wedding date, time, and/or vendors.
Decor Packages
The Decor Package is separate from the wedding packages but exclusive to the venue.
The decorator will work with you on your ideas and plans to make sure the wedding of your dreams is a reality.
Tier 1
$3500.00 Total – Due 60 days prior to event
$500.00 deposit – Due at booking
Accommodates up to 150 guests
See What’s Included:
- Chairs for ceremony
- Shepherd hooks with lanterns or greenery
- Hurricane vases with candles to adorn the fountain
- Columns with ferns or other greenery in front of castle doors or other location as requested
- Sign in table for guest book
- Unity/Communion/Other table with linens (if requested)
- Wedding coordinator to assist with vendors coming on wedding day and to ensure that all experiences (reception entrance, cutting of cake, first dances, etc.) go according to plan
- Wedding director for rehearsal and ceremony is included. If you have your own director, our director is available to assist as needed.
- Tables, Linens and guest chairs for reception
- Runner/sash/accent for tables
- Centerpieces for tables to compliment chosen décor/theme (candle, votive, silk arrangement, other accents or decor as desired)
- Lighted curtain backdrop for head table/sweetheart table
- Bride/Groom or head table with designer linens and décor
- Cake and gift tables with linens
- Cake knives, cake riser, and ice bucket for champagne
- Chairs and tables on patio with linens and centerpieces as needed to accommodate guest count
- Lighted curtains on patio
- Indoor and Outdoor beverage bar available for use
- Pub tables available if requested
- Hanging basket flowers and/or ferns for patio
- Table for favors (if needed) with linens and decor
Tier 2
$4200.00 Total – Due 60 days prior to event

- Adds rehearsal dinner decor – rehearsal dinner is on patio
- Adds silk arrangement at Alter or Fountain
- Adds silk arrangements/decor at aisle ends
- Adds choice of exit sparklers, light wands or glow accessories
Tier 3
$4700 – Due 60 days prior to event
$500.00 deposit – Due at Booking

Add Ons
If caterer isn’t decorating food table and you would like it decorated $100
If you are doing food yourself and you need servers and refill $100
If you would like us to cater for your rehearsal dinner, we can serve an agreed upon menu for $18-$25/head. Maximum head count is 50.
We offer a bouquet/boutonniere package as well, but this is based off consultation and is only available for silk arrangements.
Other Information
Two hours are allotted for rehearsal. This is strictly enforced. Late rehearsal takes the staff away from preparing for your wedding.
With Queens at the Castle, you simply show up and enjoy your day! All setup and clean up is taken care of by our staff.
Bride and Groom are responsible for the following: cakes, music, photography, flowers, and officiant.
No refunds are made within 60 days of an event.
