WHat We offer
Photography on Property
Throughout the year, Pierce Castle allows for photography to take place outside of the allotted time frame for booked events. These photography sessions are booked by appointment in advance and paid for upon arrival with exact change. Individuals are granted use of our handicap accessible restrooms located inside the ballroom to freshen up/change outfits. Please note that weekend appointments must work around booked events/cabin reservations so as not to disturb Pierce Castle guests. At no time will access be granted in the castle itself.
The current photography fee rates is: $200/2 hours
Cabin Elopement
For brides interested in having a small-scale wedding, the Mississippi Cabin rents for $500.00 for two nights. A $250.00 deposit is required to reserve your dates and is applied to your total charge.
Check in time for the cabin is at or after 3 p.m., and check out is at or before 12 noon or your final day. A credit card # on file is required in case of damages.

The cabin is smoke free and pet free. No ATVs are allowed on the property. Adherence to these policies is strictly enforced and fees may be charged if the policies are not followed.
Cabin guests can fish, swim, nature walk, etc., at their own risk. Brides are responsible for providing any additional tables/chairs and décor beyond what is included in the cabin itself.
Cleanup requires that all garbage be disposed of in appropriate containers and the cabin to be left in the same or better condition than upon check in. Please note that parking is limited and that all events must be complete by 11 p.m.
Private Parties
Private parties at Pierce Castle must be booked 60 days out. Private Party Package accommodates up to 100 guests for birthdays, baby and bridal showers, reunions, and other special events.
This package includes:
- $500 flat rate fee for 3 hours (Setup and cleanup included in that time frame.)
- Ballroom rental includes tables and chairs only.
- $250 non-refundable deposit to secure date.
- Balance due 30 days prior to the event.
For basic decor which starts at $850 and goes up to $2,000 based on your specific needs
Prom Package
The Prom Package must be booked 90 days out and is available on select dates only. This is a $1,000 flat rate fee for 5 hours, and set up and clean up is included in that time frame.
The prom package includes:
- Ballroom rental includes tables and chairs only.
- All proms require a minimum of four chaperones to oversee the event. Pierce Castle recommends two chaperones to be stationed at the guard house for security purposes.

Booking Details
All prices are subject to change without notice and not all dates are available for bookings. Event hosts going beyond the allotted time limit are subject to additional fees. Event hosts will be held liable for damages to the property and are expected to leave Pierce Castle in the same or better condition than they found it.
