Queens at the Castle Wedding Decor and Design

Hello! I am Tracy Rule. I have worked at Pierce Castle since 2025, and I provide our Queens at the Castle decorating services. I have worked in Human Resources for over a decade. Event decor and coordination has always been a passion of mine. I love planning and plotting with a bride on her ideas and making those plans come to life.

My sister, Casey Robinson, is my partner in this adventure and she is the muscle behind my creativity. I have been and will be working with Castle Creations on events at the Castle for the remainder of 2025 and will take over at the start of 2026.

In-House Catering & Decor Packages

The Decor Package is separate from the wedding packages but exclusive to the venue.

The decorator will work with you on your ideas and plans to make sure the wedding of your dreams is a reality.

Tier 1


$3500.00 Total – Due 60 days prior to event

$500.00 deposit – Due at booking

Accommodates up to 150 guests 

See What’s Included:
  • Chairs for ceremony 
  • Shepherd hooks with lanterns or greenery 
  • Hurricane vases with candles to adorn the fountain
  • Columns with ferns or other greenery in front of castle doors or other location as requested
  • Sign in table for guest book
  • Unity/Communion/Other table with linens (if requested)
  • Wedding coordinator to assist with vendors coming on wedding day and to ensure that all experiences (reception entrance, cutting of cake, first dances, etc.) go according to plan
  • Wedding director for rehearsal and ceremony is included. If you have your own director, our director is available to assist as needed.
  • Tables, Linens and guest chairs for reception 
  • Runner/sash/accent for tables
  • Centerpieces for tables to compliment chosen décor/theme (candle, votive, silk arrangement, other accents or decor as desired)
  • Lighted curtain backdrop for head table/sweetheart table
  • Bride/Groom or head table with designer linens and décor
  • Cake and gift tables with linens
  • Cake knives, cake riser, and ice bucket for champagne
  • Chairs and tables on patio with linens and centerpieces as needed to accommodate guest count
  • Lighted curtains on patio
  • Indoor and Outdoor beverage bar available for use
  • Pub tables available if requested
  • Hanging basket flowers and/or ferns for patio
  • Table for favors (if needed) with linens and decor

Tier 2


$4200.00 Total – Due 60 days prior to event

$500.00 deposit – Due at Booking

  • Adds rehearsal dinner decor – rehearsal dinner is on patio 
  • Adds silk arrangement at Alter or Fountain
  • Adds silk arrangements/decor at aisle ends
  • Adds choice of exit sparklers, light wands or glow accessories 

Tier 3


$4700 – Due 60 days prior to event

$500.00 deposit – Due at Booking

  • Includes Tier 2 additions 
  • Adds 50 more guests 

Add Ons


If caterer isn’t decorating food table and you would like it decorated $100

If you are doing food yourself and you need servers and refill $100

If you would like us to cater for your rehearsal dinner, we can serve an agreed upon menu for $18-$25/head. Maximum head count is 50.

We offer a bouquet/boutonniere package as well, but this is based off consultation and is only available for silk arrangements.

Other Information


Two hours are allotted for rehearsal. This is strictly enforced. Late rehearsal takes the staff away from preparing for your wedding.

With Queens at the Castle, you simply show up and enjoy your day! All setup and clean up is taken care of by our staff.

Bride and Groom are responsible for the following: cakes, music, photography, flowers, and officiant.

No refunds are made within 60 days of an event.
